Replacement Policy

At Le9 Home, we do not offer refunds or general returns. Only replacements are provided in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues

  • Customers must record a full unboxing video while opening the package.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share the video with us at connect@le9home.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Replacement Items

We do not provide replacements for:

  • Products that are not damaged/defective/wrong

  • Sale items or gift cards

Process

Once your claim is verified through the unboxing video, we will arrange a replacement for the item. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
