Replacement Policy
At Le9 Home, we do not offer refunds or general returns. Only replacements are provided in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Damages and Issues

Customers must record a full unboxing video while opening the package.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share the video with us at connect@le9home.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Without a valid unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be accepted.

Once your claim is verified through the unboxing video, we will arrange a replacement for the item. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
